AK 200 CS NC Control System This practical and useful NC unit has got 2 different program types modified by AKYAPAK Machinery. 2 different program features allow user wide opportunity on NC. Playback Programming: This is quite easy programming method. It is enough to know the bending process. When you start the program, machine pulls the material in its axis and wait for operator to bend the material. NC will record all bending steps in the memory automatically, during bending operation. In the next bending all steps will be repeated automatically by NC and all pieces will be same as the first one. ( If all conditions are same. ) Directly Programming - Step by Step Programming : In this method, coordinate values are entered to the 3 main axises by operator. The system works automatically according to those values.
