AK 300 CS NC Playback Control System This system is an NC unit, modified by AKYAPAK Machinery. It can be programmed with two various methods. The system works on PLC and works with an interface software on PC. It can be applied on both AHS and APK series. The system can be applied on main and secondary axises ( totally 6 axises ) at AHS series. Cone values are available to reach on PC screen up to your demand, without any reflection to automatic operations. 9 axises are available to reach on APK series up to the demands, both main and the other axises are included, in the number counted above. Playback Programming: If the operator wants to get the harvest in too many numbers and same shapes, first process should be done manually. While that process is going on, the system behaves artificially, learns the process and records. The second and the other pieces can be bent automatically via using the recorded program. Directly Programming : In this method, the coordinate values are entered to 3 main axises by user. While doing the automatic bending the system acts according to these coordinate values.
